0564 - Music Be the Best Booty Ye Can Plunder

So I am sitting at my desk at work feeling very much like a pirate, with my fancy new eye patch.  But even my lack of depth perception can not stop the music from being delivered.
First up is a track from Disco Fries and Fatman Scoop (it has been years since I have heard that name) called Volume.  Its a great track that combines melodic builds with big drops, and this one had me rocking in my car on the way to work (which in retrospect was likely not a good idea with only having one eye and all).  No matter, its a great song, so check it out!
Second up is a bit of a deeper banger, this one has such a great dance rhythm and a deep bass.  Ash O'Connor and Curbi come together to deliver Steeper, a big deep banger.  It always starts out simplistic and then adds more and more until the song is killer and I just want to break it down.  Give it a listen and let me know what you think!

0532 - How Were You Born?

Today's late track (sorry again) comes from Halogen, remixing Disco Fries new track Born Ready.  It has a really great groove/progressive house vibe and I honestly loved every second of it.  A cool build mixed in with a really nice drop, sampling the vocals and mixing them really well over the great progression.  Give it a listen and let me know what you think!

0457 - Acoustic Bliss

A little while ago Disco Fries and Niko the Kid came out with the track The Light, which was huge.  A fantastic track which you can find Here if you haven't heard it yet.  I stumbled across an acoustic version and it may just be my love for tonality and piano but holy shit it is beautiful.  A great mix of chilled out piano and what sounds like guitar compliments the vocals near perfectly and I would almost argue that this is better than the original.  Give it a listen and let me know how you think it stacks up to the original.

0312 - Follow Me, The Bangers Are This Way

Two big bangers for you today!

The first is the new one from Cash Cash called Surrender.  Known for their vocals, Cash Cash's track has stellar vocal work mixed in really well with a great progression.  A great drop combined with kinda glitchy sounds all adds up into a really phenomenal track!

Second up and my favorite track of the day, is a sweet song from Disco Fries and Gazzo.  Great job isolating the vocals to make them stick out, mixed with a really just powerful feel that courses through your veins and makes you feel strong.  The tonality of this song is impressive and honestly surprised me, but thats just my opinion.  Give it a listen and decide for yourself!

0282 - The Fries Go Great with the Banger Sauce

First up on this fantastic of Banger Wednesdays is a new track from Disco Fries feat. Niko the Kid.  I mostly knew Disco Fries from his remix work, especially one of Avicii's tracks, but its great to hear a great original from him.  The vocal work of Niko the Kid is beautiful and adds so much quality to the track, the beat drops and rises flawlessly to match the energy and emotion behind the lyrics.
