019/020/021 - Today we Play Relish

Three more songs for ya in an attempt to get back on track with the music, Here we go.
019 - Since Mashup Monday was skipped entirely, lets throw a mashup in the mix. Those who listen frequently know I am a huge fan of Ellie Goulding, and this mashup is nothing short of some of her best work. The mashup comes to us courtesy of Isosine, the same guy who did the Slipknot/Justin Beiber Mashup. Its awesome, and a little poppy, enjoy!

020 - Next up is the new track from the 8-bit sensation Adhesive Wombat. Not only does he have an awesome name, but he is one of the few artists to make 8-bit exciting to listen to, as opposed to running for cover and finding earplugs. Downforce does not disappoint and will be stuck in your head for weeks to come.

Finally, I bring you a real treat. Monstercat has started doing a "best of" series, basically taking the best tracks they have released from each genre and making a 1 hour mix out of them. This label is incredible and I freak everytime they release a song, let alone a Best Of mix. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Welcome back everyone! After an incredible vacation to the middle of nowhere, I am back with some awesome new tracks for you! 018 - The final track of today's lightning round is one that kinda came out of left field. Its called Coleco, and its a pretty damn good song. Its got a driving bass, crazy melodic tones, and an awesome music video that seems to be a tribute to Pacman. Enjoy everyone!

014 - A Darker Way to Levitate

Before this week comes to a close, here is how next week is going to work. I will be in Maine with no cell service, no internet, just secluded in the woods for a week. This day is quickly becoming my favorite day to post. Bangers are some of my favorite songs to listen to and I really love sharing with people the songs that should be huge but are not. Today's track is an incredible remix by R3HAB that I am shocked is not huge in the EDM world.  This comes off as an essential remix in my book, one that evey fan of this genre should know about. Good morning listeners! Just yo let you know, the posts may come less frequently/or later in the day this week because I am relocating to Columbus! Also next week will be bad since I will be in a place with no wifi or reception for 9 days, but more about that later. As I pack, I realized that I have not played something with a reggae feel to it yet! This is the perfect song no matter what you are doing, kinda chill but with a pushing beat, just a great overall summer song. More about the podcast to come this week as well. Monday is humpday and is especially tough, even over the summer, so today I bring you something with a little extra umph. 3LAU (pronounced Blau) is one of the top tier mashup artists, making unique things that would blow you out of the water. This is one of his longer sets, totaling about 30 min and is full of non-stop beats, awesome drops, and never before contemplated mashups. Enjoy!

From here on out, Wednesdays will be Banger Wednesday! This day will be dedicated to songs that are huge anthems in my opinion, and everyone should hear (an example of a huge one would be Levels- Avicii). Big tracks that you cant get out of your head and want to listen to all the time. The first one comes to you via a mistake actually. I first heard this track when listening to an music library that wasn't mine, and had no idea it was Project 46, one of my favorite groups. Enjoy everyone!
