0625 - Let's Let Some Magic Happen

Let's start the day off with some Drum and Bass, a great way to start the day.  Mr. Magician by Subsurface is an amazing track in all regards, the vocals from Leanne Louise is just fabulous, the entire song is beautifully done, and the drop is catchy the perfect blend of melody and signature DnB style.  Give it a listen and I hope you enjoy it!

0624 - The Beautiful Beats

First track up today is That Guy's remix of Kafka Tamura's track No Hope.  A really beautiful and well done Tropical House track that really got me in a groovy and relaxed mindset.  Very melodic and I love the Marimba-esk and guitar sounds that is used for the main melody.  I hope you enjoy it!

Next up is a really beautiful atmospheric track from MaLuca called Forever.  Just plain beautiful, I mean there is really no other way to describe the sound and feeling that this track gives out.  Sit back, put on some headphones, close your eyes, and let this one take you to another plane of reality!

0623 - How Can You Not Love a Song Called Porkchop Express?

I have liked just about everything that Tristam has put out, all of his Drumstep, Glitch Hop, and Dubstep songs have been amazing and his song Flight with Braken was easily my favorite song for some time.  Therefore I was really excited to see a new song of his pop up on my Youtube subscriptions.  The Vine starts off really beautiful and melodic, and moves into a style that I can't describe but can only be described as classic Tristam.  The drop is dancey, very melodic, and I just really enjoyed it!  Give it a listen!

Second up is an 8-bit track from Stephen Walking.  Porkchop Express really surprised me, as most 8-bit tracks I've heard feel the same (with the exclusion of Adhesive Wombat), so hearing this one be so amazing was a surprise.  It's beautifully done, very melodic, and still keeps a very catchy tonality through the whole song!  Hope you enjoy it!

0622 - Chill Out

Two tracks for you today.  The first comes from Babbit and is called Painting Greys.  It is for sure a chilled out song but for sure has that classic big band feel to it mixed with strange carnival music.  It is really catchy, the vocals are done beautifully, and really got me lost in it.  Second up is April Showers from ProleteR, which has a wonderfully groovy electro swing groove to a classic melody.  It really mellowed me out and I enjoyed it thoroughly, I think you will too!

0620 - We Can Not Loose

This banger Wednesday features two songs, the first comes from Vigel and is edited by Tom Swoon called Nothing To Lose.  A pretty entertaining track that does a lot things right.  Mixing the vocals in with the build, using really catchy and memorable melodic sequences, I enjoyed this track a lot (didn't love it but enjoyed it enough to share with you all!).
Second up is a dubstep song from Au5 and Fractal called Ison.  Overall, dubstep is not my favorite genre but I did really enjoy this track.  I hope you enjoy what it has to offer!

Au5 & Fractal - Ison

0621 - Happy Star Wars Day!

It is what many people are referring to as Star Wars Day, so I figured what better way to celebrate then with a Darth Vader remix.  A bigroom remix of Darth Vader's theme music from Bangerific, and as much as I am usually not a fan of bigroom, I really enjoyed this one.  Maybe it is because I love the audio so much and it resonates with my childhood.  Give it a listen and happy Star Wars Day!

0619 - Lovers Stay With Lovers

First up today on this Tuesday is a song that took me a few tries to enjoy.  Lovers2Lovers by Smash is a strange and simplistic song, and I will be honest I really don't like the first minute.  Once the synth kicks in it becomes a whole new song though, and I really enjoy it.  Skip the video, it is strange and bit uncomfortable.  Enjoy the track!
The second track up today is the new one from Kygo called Stay.  It has got a great continuous flow and the very signature Kygo sound that makes me wet my pants like a child.  I love Kygo and this song only reassures my confidence in him as a musician and a producer.  Enjoy!

0618 - Let's Be Awesome Together!

I was a huge fan of Owl City growing up, and now hearing them do something a little bit more intense is always exciting.  This track called Verge featuring Aloe Black, is a really great track.  The rhythms are bumpin, the chorus is catchy as hell, and the video that features it is always legendary.  People are awesome always do a compilation video for the year, a few years ago it featured HADOUKEN.  Give it a listen, and watch these amazing people!

0617 - What the Hell Is This

First lets start off with something really different, but I really enjoyed it so I feel I have to share.  I was a big Disturbed fan, I do still enjoy their music to this day.  So when I saw a Distrubed cover of Sound of Silence by Simon and Garfunkel I had to check it out.  It is way out of their wheelhouse, but I was very surprised how much I enjoyed it.  Give it a listen and let me know if you like more tracks like this to appear on the blog!
Also up today is a remix of a game song that has exploded, and I think you know that it fills me with DETERMINATION.  Undertale has been huge among the gaming community with just about every big youtuber doing a playthrough of it, and everyone else intrigued by what makes it so special.  I honestly think the music has a big impact on it, though the game only uses 8-bit sounds, it comes off so powerful and influential.  This remix by Chime gives it a smooth relaxed feel that I really ereally enjoyed, with some of the 8-bit combat and dialogue tones thrown in for flavor.  Enjoy!

0616 - The Volume is Never Loud Enough

Today's first track is a really groovy electro track from Synthfrax called Volume, and it is stellar.  It has such a great tonal range and sequence, not to mention the bass that powers through the entire track.  This one is catchy as all hell, and doesn't even need words to do it.  I hope it hits you like it hit me!
Second up is the Paradesi version of KSHMR's track Kashmir, this one is pretty unique but I really enjoy what is being put down here.  The track is tonal but strangely put together, it doesn't have the usual feel of track, feels more like something that was mashed together.  It all flows so well though, so I can't really figure out why I love it so much.  Give it a listen and I will let you decide for yourself!
Synthfrax - Volume (Free Download)

KSHMR - Kasmir (Paradesi Version)

0615 - When You Know You Want Me

I will have multiple posts coming faster than usual to make up for the missing ones over the past week.  First up is a from Gathier called If You Don't Want Me, a really solid and chill deep house track.  Driving tonal bass (which I FUCKING LOVE) with really smooth piano mixed in, this one had me from the first time I heard it.
Second up today is from Trevor Dahl called When You Come Home, a very pop based but smooth tropical house track.  It has a very top 40 feel to it as the vocals are very catchy, and the tonality of the chorus is simple and pretty contagious.  The guitar really makes it feel authentic and fabulous.  For sure a very different sounding track then I am used to but I really like the direction it goes.

0614 - Save Me Please

I've voiced my love for Drum and Bass here before, and will continue to as long as I can keep finding great music in the genre.  I found a great track from Cuebrick called Save Me and remixed my Fliwo.  It has the fast paced D&B feel along with a great tonal sequence that was stuck in my head for some time after listening to it for the first time.  It doesn't hit as hard as a lot of the mainstream drum and bass does but it is still a killer track!

Cuebrick - Save Me (Fliwo Remix)

0613 - Money in the Stonebank

Stonebank has been putting out just fire tracks latele and I wanted to share some of my favorite recent releases with you all!  Here are three of his new tracks, ranging from electro to Glitch Hop.  Give them a listen and I hope you enjoy them!

0612 - Yearly Mashups Incoming

We are getting to that time of the year where the yearly mashups start to flow in and the first one is already in and delicious.  Isosine's nonstop Pop 2015 is out and it is fantastic, melding more songs than I could count into an almost 7 minute masterpiece.  One of the big focus songs is Where Are U Now, and though not a fan of the original, I like the mashup work done with it.  Overall, very well done and I can't wait to see how it stacks up against the rest of the yearly mashups coming soon!

0611 - Old Skool Skies

So I know in past posts I have raved about Armin Van Buuren but honestly I honestly haven't been very impressed with his most recent stuff, but there is one song off his album that I really enjoy, Old Skool.  It feels like a party track as opposed to the generic trance and house that he has put out lately.  Good tonality mixed in with a big bass that hits hard and strikes often.  Overall a really great banger track to spend your Wednesday!
Second up today on this Banger Wednesday is from Juicy M called Skies.  It is a great track that has the heavy bass that makes driving dance songs, as well as really catchy melody and vocals that actually fit the track really well.  Not overwhelming itself, this track really caught me off guard as I didn't like it at first but then after actually listening, my ears just gasemed all over my headphones.

0610 - What's Your Story?

Just a heads up for the coming week, Posts will be set to auto publish at 10 am on scheduled days due to me being with family, I will do my best to get them on Facebook but I am not making any promises!
First up is an electro track that I literally can't get out of my head, it is OVERWERK's Tocatta.  This one has everything; it is catchy, melodic, really well put together, and a great spooky build into a heavily melodic drop that doesn't overwhelm.  Give it a listen and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
Second up today is more of a chilled out track that really got me grooving, Killabyte's Our Story.  It is truly beautiful with melodies that mellow you out while making you bob your head.  Catchy tones and beautiful amount of bass combine for a truly amazing track.  Put this one in your ear holes and let me know what you think!

0609 - Make it Better

Two tracks to kick off this holiday week for everyone, the first coming from Thomas Fronix's remix of an Igor Kmet'o track called Flam.  This one honestly took me a few listens to appreciate but I really like the mechanical sound and glitchy tone that it brings to the table.  It has a really nice groove featuring some horns and kinda reminds me of the Cantina Song from Star Wars at some points.  Give it a listen and enjoy!
The second track up today is a new one from Hellberg, whose track The Girl I still listen to at least a few times a week.  This one is very well done and is titled Better.  Great builds, great tonality, catchy beats, and a drop that me car dancing like a fool in traffic this morning.

0608 - What You Dind't Know You Needed

Add this to the list of things you never knew you needed, Aladdin Genie Electro Swing.   Yes you heard me right.  A Friend Like Me by Sim Gretina, is my favorite thing to happen to me this year.  I heard it while watching a video of a guy who did an Aladdin costume with a Magic Carpet using an electric skateboard to make it move.  This is amazing and I hope you enjoy the groovy beat that Sim Gretina lays down!  Also click the down arrow to pick up the download for free!

0607 - Feel The Love Glow

First up on this Day of Bangers, we have a track from Dannic and The Sick Individuals.  Feel Your Love hits hard, heavy, and often.  The drop is very in your face, and the vocals after are a bit chopped up which gives it a very glitchy feel.  The build to the second drop is better than the first in my opinion but overall the track is killer.  Check it out!
Second up is a really nice house track from Thomas Hayes, remixed by Rodrigo Reem.  Neon was a great track by itself and got the proper big remix treatment, and this one is easily my favorite.  A unique drop that doesn't follow norms by stopping the beat in order to go back to the vocals and then going back to the original beat, really caught me off.  The sound is great, and I hope you enjoy it!

0606 - Always Grab A Bull By the Horns

One of my favorites is back with another killer track.  Saturday night has such a great vibe for creating an atmosphere with their songs, and Mr Bull is no different.  I'm not sure what they were going for but this one has such a great bounce vibe to it.  I think its the signature middle eastern sounds that they throw into their music, but I love it and hope you will too!

Saturday Night - Mr Bull

0605 - Take My Hand

Let's start Tuesday off with some feel good tracks, the first being a Tropical House song from Cheat Codes called Follow You.  A feel good tropical house song, the beat is really catchy and the vocals don't feel overwhelming, instead combining really beautifully with the beat.  For sure worth listening to, it made my morning!

Cheat Codes - Follow You

0604 - Roses, Nevermore

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend, but back to work means back to the music!  First up today is No More from Pierce Fulton.  This one has a pretty unique feel to it, the drop is simplistic with a nice tonal bass to give it a great sound.  The vocals sound distorted and like something ripped from a 90s alternative song.  Overall a great track to start off the week with!
Also up today is the ZAXX remix of The Chainsmokers' track Roses, a really solid remix of an already catchy and great track.  The remix really brings deep house sounding tonality to the mix of the chorus, blending it really with the vocals already present in the track.  It feels different, and I think it is for sure worth sharing with all of you!  Enjoy!

The Chainsmokers - Roses (ZAXX Remix)

0602 - The Ceiling Needs Sleep

First up is a little funky preview for tomorrow.  From Ostberg, the track is Walkin' on the Ceiling and it has a really nice mellowed out groove to it that I really enjoy.  The track is super minimal but does a great job really making sure the few elements present do a lot for the song.  The vocals are faded and minimal, the bassline is groovy, and the rhythm is catchy as hell.
Second up is a Fox Stevenson remix of Priority One and TwoThirds' track City Needs Sleep, a track that really caught my attention.  I have loved what Fox Stevenson has done with Drum and Bass over the past few years, and remixing an already slick original from these two can only mean good things.  The remix is tonal, well put together with a really nice build and breakdown, and a big bass during the drop.  Great overall and for sure worth your attention!

Ostberg - Walkin' on the Ceiling

Priority One & TwoThirds - City Needs Sleep (Fox Stevenson Remix)

0601 - Get Around

This banger comes from Michael Woods using a very classic beat that I just can't place.  It's a catchy song for sure and me dancing in both the car and alone at my desk.  Get Around is catchy, extremely dancy, and the audio feels very throwback to the early 2000s.  Give it a listen and break it down!

0600 - It's All Good, Happy 600!

For our big 600th post (HOORAY I LOVE YOU GUYS) I give you a new track from one of my favorite artists right now.  TheFatRat has been killing it for some time and his new track really goes creative.  The opening sounds like something out of the Lord of the Rings Soundtrack, and then it drops into his signature 8-bit sounding style.  But it keeps that same LOTR theme throughout, moving into beautiful melodies.
Also up on this magnificent post we have a deep track from Mount and Nicolas Haelg called Something Good.  This one is not very complex but for sure makes the most of what it has to offer.  A deep groovy bassline, with great vocals backing it, and a really "get your ass out of that seat and dance" attitude.  Hope you enjoy and here's to hopefully 600 more posts!

TheFatRat - Monody (Free Download)

Mount & Nicolas Haelg - Something Good

0599 - Do it Louder, Do it Bigger, Do it Better

Galantis has been on fire lately, especially with the release of Peanut Butter Jelly, and another one of their new songs really got me to a magical place.  Louder, Harder, Better is a wonderful feel good house track that features some really catchy melodies and a beat that makes you want to get up and dance.  The vocal samples come in during some pretty strange segments but overall the track is a phenomenal!
Galtantis - Louder, Harder, Better

0598 - Just Smile

Funky Friday in full swing with a feel good FutureBass track from SMLE.  It has great gritty sounding vocals, that aren't perfected to the point of overdone, but really give to the song by sounds a little less clean.  The bass is bumpin, the melodies are fabulous, and the song as a whole really comes together nicely.  Feel good track for your feel good weekend!  See you all on Monday!

SMLE - It'll Be Okay

0597 - Bring Me Back

So lets slow things down a little bit, starting with the Fareoh remix of XYLO's track Afterlife.  This remix is stellar, chilled out with a little dash of bass.  The tonality is stellar and the drop feels superb, a little 8-bit mixed with a some progressive really make for a solid remix.  Give it a listen and let it mellow you out!
Second up on this day before the weekend is from Codeko called Lunar.  A great overall track that features beautiful interludes mixed with a catchy drop that had me dancing in the car and tapping my foot from behind my desk.  This House track may not seem like anything special at first, but give it a listen , give it a chance, and I know you will like it as much as I do!

XYLO - Afterlife (Fareoh Remix)

Codeko - Lunar

0596 - Pirates are Haunting the Mansion

So Pegboard Nerds may have made the most ridiculous Halloween Track to date.  Taking samples of both vocals and audio from Luigi's Mansion to make a Dubsteppy confusing soundscape.  The tonal sections are beautiful, and very reminiscent of the game, but the "Mario" vocal samples are a bit strange.  Overally not bad for a Halloween track, and I can't wait until this gets mixed into someone's set.  I CRAVE IT.
Saturday Night has been absolutely killing it by creating atmospheres for their songs, as both Sheriff and Saloon created such great visuals in my head.  Well they are back with another track called Pirates, and this one follows the formula to perfection.  With parts that sound like the orchestral soundtrack from Pirates of the Caribbean, to great drops that feel like a pirate ship is stalking you on the water.  Another great track, I can't wait to see what they do next!

0595 - Need U to Be Right There

Two tracks on another quick post today.  The first is called Need U from Calvo, its a pretty groovy and catchy deep house track that I really enjoy!  Give it a listen and enjoy!  Second up is another deep track from Diplo and Sleepy Tom called Be Right There.  Great groove with a great feel.  Sorry guys I just worked a 13 hour day and am pretty tired.  Be back tomorrow!

Calvo - Need U

0594 - Mashup Monday

Quick mashup Monday, sorry guys.  Mashup from The White Panda featuring tracks from Dej Loaf and Muse.  Give it a listen, as it has great groove and vibe to it!  Good to see them back making music and releasing it all for free!

0592 - No Doubt We'll Stay Together

Friday is in Funk full swing with an IndieDance track and a Future Funk track.  The first is an IndieDance track from Trade Secrets called Stay Together.  It has a great groovy mellowed out feel to it, while still being very capable of getting people off their butts onto the dance floor!  I love this one a lot and hope that you do too!
Second up is a Future Funk track from Matabei called No Doubt, and this one got me in a great mood driving to work this morning.  A great driving bassline and the funky feel that I know and love all too well.  The vocals feel very classic funk, and the beat only mimics that and amplifies it massively.  Give these two a listen and enjoy!
Trade Secrets - Stay Together

Matabei - No Doubt (Free Download)

0591 - Gimme That Collab

So I have been talking for some time about my love about rap mixed with electronic, and this song from Excision and The Frim featuring Messinian is exactly what I'm talking about.  Plus it is a little spooky and I haven't been able to find many halloween tracks this year.  The rap is fast, but it works so well with heavy bass and intense feel that X Up provides.  Give it a listen and let the rap take you away!

0590 - Banger Just to Feel Alive

Today's first track comes from Breno and is called Alive, and this is a very good typical feel good track.  Its got great vocals, features an unexpected guitar, and just overall is a really well put together.  The drop isn't anything insane, but it is still something that got me dancing in the car.  And that staggered second drop caught me off guard!  Enjoy!

0589 - Smell As Sweet

An unexpected track from The Chainsmokers that the fraternity men I live with got me hooked on.  It's called Roses and it is a really slick song, great groove and a really nice bass rhythm.  The song feels really smooth and I love it.  I have not expected things from the Chainsmokers to be good, and this was a nice surprise.

Chainsmokers - Roses

0587 - Break Loose and Let Loose

Today's funk track brings together hip hop and glitch hop into a really great and funky track.  Televisor and Splitbreed come together to make this track with some of the best flow I have heard in some time.  I love how Hip Hop and Electronic genres have been combining because they do pair really well together!  Give it a listen and enjoy!

0588 - The Reflection in the Clouds

First up is one of the happiest songs I have heard in some time, called Chasing Clouds by MOWE.  It has a insaly chilled out tropical house feel mixed in with really great tonality and vocal sample that sounds smooth as butter.  This song put me in such a good mood this morning and I hope it does the same for you!
Second up on this rare edition of Mashup Monday we have a mashup track from The White Panda featuring Kygo and Misterwives and it is amazing.  Seeming like a throwback to their first album, this one carries their unique sound as well as perfectly combining two artists and sequences that no one thought to use.  The song is beautiful, and is for sure worth your time and picking up the free download!

0586 - Move Over A Little Closer

Today's track comes from Lemaitre and is called Closer.  It has a really great big bass and horn sequences, usually together, that really give the track a groovy vibe.  The vocals feel very throwback too and go really well with the rhythms Lemaitre presents.  The horns give it a really unique ska feel that isn't seen in electronic very often.  Overall a great track with a really slick vibe!

Second up is a really groovy and relaxing deep house track from Mario Ochoa called When You Move.  This one really put me in a good place, with its constant movement, chilled out tonality, and great progression.  Give this one a listen and I hope it mellows you out same as it did for me!

0585 - 3 Days In, Get Through The Rest!

First song today is from Snails called Frogbass, now let me warn you that this one is a bit strange but I really pick up what it's putting down.  It has a strange tonal bass track that caught me totally off guard.  Like I said, its strange, but it has a bizarre flow and arrangement to it that really caught my attention.  I hope you rock out to it as much as I did!
Also up today is a banger remix of The Night from 3LAU and Nom De Strip from ak9.  This one had everything I like; classic vocals, a great progression, a dash of funk vibe, and a big drop that left me with a smile on my face and groovin in my car.  Give this one a listen because it is one of the best electro remixes I have heard in some time.  Enjoy!

0584 - The Darkness is Real

EDEN is pretty great in terms of chilled out stuff, and when Pierce Fulton got his hands on their track Nocturne, the winner of this is everyone with ears.  It has got the great chill vibe mixed with the progressive and electro sound that I love Fulton for.Give this a listen, because I promise you will love it.
Second up today is a remix from John Dahlback, who has honestly been on fire lately.  Lost Frequency's track Reality has been one I have enjoyed but I just haven't found that one that I love, and I think I finally found it!  Reality has always been one of those tracks that has had potential but never really sounded right, and John Dahlback gives it the extra boost it needs!

Lost Frequencies - Reality (John Dahlback Remix)

0583 - Time Travel to Some Groove

First up today is a track from Getsix called The Time Traveler, a really solid Electro track.  It has the tonality that you all know I love and crave as well as some glitchy elements mixed in.  A great feeling, and a song that I feel like would be in the background as you travel forward in time to the future.  Give it a listen!
Second up today is a really groovy track from Auvic called Show Me Your Moves.  It features a small amount of vocal work but it has that classic feel to it that I just can't resist.  A great funk groove mixed with killer tonality and progression, this one for sure got my week off to a funky start!

0582 - HAPPINESS EXPLOSION

So I heard this song yesterday and I literally can't stop thinking about it, its a strange song but it filled me with so much joy.  Nanobii is usually known for his hardcore, with one of my favorite songs ever being Rainbow Road.  This one is of the very similar happy hardcore tracks that he has become well known for, and with a name like Bumblebee Bazooka it is hard to not fall in love.  Give it a listen and I hope that the rest of your weekend is both hardcore and happy!

0581 - Don't Put that Funk in your Trunk

Today's first funk track is a remix of Alexander Brown's track Jack in the Box by SPYZR.  It is funky as all hell, has a great groove to it, and features a really cool music video of people free running in LED suits.  The visuals match up beautifully and the song really just makes me want to get up and dance, even though I'm at work and would look like a fool doing it.

Second up is a really funky R&B track from Pasha featuring Soul Gem.  It has a great relaxed soulful vibe to it, and the vocals are much better than the usual stuff we get out of electronic music these days.  It is far from generic, and I was skeptical about it at first but as the song played I became lost in it.  Give it a listen, enjoy, and expect a bonus post this weekend!

0580 - The Hybrid You Never Knew You Needed

Coming in with a badass name, Icy Lust comes in with Downtown Maglev, one of the most unique songs that I have heard in a damn long time.  It seems like a hybrid between a rock song and electronic, using the classic guitar solo and then bringing in a synth and great melody to take over.  The song is really different, but in the best way possible.  It took me a few listens to really appreciate it I think, but now I really enjoy the style (which I have no idea what the hell it would even be).

0579 - Keep That Swamp Thing Down

Welcome back to Banger Wednesday, featuring a track I hope you have already heard and a new one!  The track I hope you have already heard is a Pegboard Nerds track that I honestly thought I posted a long time ago!  Its strange, it features a sick and bizarre banjo, and just gets stuck in my head for weeks in my head.  Swamp thing is a little outside their usual style, but then again so was Pink Cloud and that was magical!
Second up is a remix from Shanahan of Jus Jack and Speed Limit's track All Falls Down.  The builds are really quality, with a lot of different instruments, a great vocal track, and a drop that surprised me a little bit.  It may seem a bit generic, but I really loved this one.  Sit back, relax, and enjoy these tracks.  Hopefully back to dailies tomorrow!
Pegboard Nerds - Swamp Thing

Jus Jack & Speed Limit - All Falls Down (Shanahan Remix)

0578 - Collide Head On

Today's track comes from Fractal, and it's killer.  The track is named Collide and it is a really chill Dubstep track that had me head bobbing sitting alone at my computer.  It features great vocals from Danyka Nadeau that work perfectly with the beautiful melodies that Fractal provides.  It is memorable, catchy as hell, and just proves that not all dubstep has to be in your face insanity.  Enjoy!

0577 - Why I love Christina Novelli

Christina Novelli has been one of my favorite vocalists in electronic music for some time, and her new song only continues that belief.  Her voice is amazing and adds so much to both electronic and acoustic music alike!  Even if you aren't a fan of her, check out her new song and the acoustic version.  It is beautiful.  Enjoy!

0576 - Anytime, Lets Make it Today

Today on this holy of funk days, we have a futurebass track from Prince Fox called Wait Until Tomorrow.  It has a great glitchy vibe, along with some really great glitchy vibe.  All together a really well put together track, pretty bass heavy and just well put together!
I also have a really chilled out Glitch Hop track from Sunsquabi called Anytime.  This one is a bit slower but still has a really killer vibe from the great tonality present, mixed with a really great bassline.  Overall a really great Glitch track!  For sure worth looking into!

0575 - Put That In Your Past And Smoke It

Today's track comes from Stonebank, a powerhouse lately.  With his killer remix of The Girl, he has been on my radar all year.  His track electro track Blast from the Past is phenomenal, its got great flow, tonality, groovy, and a memorable progression.  It is really great to hear something from Stonebank that iwsn't super intense, instead a great groovy original!

0574 - Lets all Join in a Banger

Todays track comes from Arrowhead called Lucid, a melbourne bounce track.  I have a hard time with this genre because usually the songs sound like they are either trying too hard or just coming across super generic.  I enjoyed this one because of the simplicity.  Its a banger while at the same time being a solid bounce song that doesn't fit the genre specs but is still dancy and catchy as hell.

Also up today is a track from Mike Solar and Tommy Rich called New Life.  The beginning of it strangely reminded me of Avicii's very early music back before all his huge hits.  The song has great flow, great melody, and a very dancey vibe to go along with it.  Its melodic, its beautiful, and its worthy!

0573 - The Sheriff on Route 24 (AKA A Totally Unplanned Free Day)

Saturday Night is quickly climbing in my ranks, because SN's new track Sheriff has me craving for more.  Sheriff has an insane buildup that honestly had me worried, but the sweet instrumentation of the simple drop really got me excited.  I was debating saving this for banger Wednesday, but between the beautiful snapping section and the simplistic drop, I figured this one was much more of a headphone banger.  Give it a listen and enjoy!
Also up hilariously, is the Pokemon Remix of Ramstar's track Route 24.  This one is a little strange, I won't lie to you.  It was intriguing enough though, and after getting past all the random "pika pika" moments, I actually really enjoyed this.  The melody is memorable, with a new twist and plenty of pokemon sounds, and classic melodies that most of us grew up with.  Check it out and let me know if you like it!

0572 - Hunting for Atlantis

So I have a some songs for you all, as well as a request.  So I plan on doing a funk mix for a demo for some raves, and I need to know if there are any songs that you guys love that I should include!  The first is a Drum and Bass track from Priority One and TwoThirds called Hunted.  With vocals from Jonny Rose, this one really made me happy.  This track has amazing tonality mixed with a great groove and overall great feel.  Drum and Bass has been one of my favorite genres ever since I discovered Pendulum back in high school, and Songs like this are the reason why.
Ever since Raven, I have been keeping an eye out for new stuff from John Dahlback, and his new track does not disappoint.  Atlantis is nowhere near as intense, but it does have a lot to bring to the table.  A beautiful melody mixed with a great bass, this song really got stuck in my head fast!

0571 - Good Guys Pegboard

So if you enjoyed the Pegboard Nerds song from yesterday Pink Clouds, then I have some really cool news.  Pegboard is donating all sales from their merch, music, and new EP Pink Cloud which comes out October 23rd to help fight Breast Cancer.  If there was ever a reason to pay for a good cause, I say music is one of them.

First song up on this holiest of Funky Fridays is from Slanger called The Way You Love Me.  This FutureFunk track features a lot of piano and beautiful melodies, while really throwing in that funk groove and making me car dance like a goddamn idiot.  A great groovy track to get you into the weekend!
Also up today is a GhettoFunk track from Slynk called We Come To Party.  This one kinda concerned me, but once I started it I knew that I was wrong.  The very dirty sounding funk rhythms really work well with the rap and soul feel.  Kinda reminds me of the soundtrack to Undercover Brother from a long time ago.  Enjoy these and I will see you on Monday!

0570 - A Whole New Pegboard

Pegboard released a song that I had to double check that it was actually Pegboard Nerds who released it.  This one seems nothing like I've ever heard from them.  Slower, good vocals, and altogether beautiful.  Pink Clouds is a jump into new territory for them, and I hope to see them do it more because they absolutely killed it!
Also up today is a sweet Indie Dance track from Pylot called Blurred Vision.  It has a very Tron feel to it and it is a really groovy track.  Not in the way that Funk usually is, but in a very relaxed dance vibe.  Give it a listen and let me know if you like it!

0568 - Pure Saloon Style Paradise

Saturday Night did a track called Saloon that came out recently, and it feels like all EVERY word in the artist name and title.  It certainly has the Saturday night feel, as well as a very badass saloon feel like something out of the Kali 47 Music Video.  Give it a listen and make this Tuesday feel like a Saturday!
Second up today is just more proof that Young Bombs is rightfully in my Year's Best list, because the remix of Radical Something's track Paradise in you is stellar.  It does nothing like you would expect it, the drop took me such by surprise, and I loved every second of it.  The song is super chill, and for sure had me grooving in my seat.  Check this chill shit out!

0567 - Dream Like State

First up on this beautiful Monday is a track from Andreas called Awareness.  This one is beautifully relaxing, with a great chill bass and tonality that just feels kinda dream like.  Really chilled out with great progression, this one had me feeling like I just want to go back to bed and have this be the soundtrack to my sleep.
Also up today and very dreamlike comes a track from Sound Remedy and Illenium called Spirals.  The background art is a perfect descriptor for how it makes me feel, just beautiful and peaceful.  This song has a lot of calming energy behind it, and it is that energy which makes me glad to be here with all of you.  Enjoy!

0566 - Dance the Funk Out

Two tracks for you today both with some slick dancing from the dancing sensation at TakeSomeCrime.  First up is Cantina Band from Sound Nomaden.  This song is the bumpin remix of the Cantina band song from Star Wars that you never knew you needed.  Its funky, it has got a hell of a groove, and melody that we all recognize.  Dance it away!
Second up is another one from Sound Nomaden called Swing It.  This one features slick piano, and some great horns and other instrumentation.  Its got a hella slick electro swing feel mixed with a funk bassline.  This one makes me wish I could dance this well, because he is dancing the way I am feeling!

0565 - Lets Do Some Experimenting

One of my favorite channels MrSuicideSheep on Youtube has been doing an experimental week, coving genres that are unusual and strange.  One of these tracks is from CloZee called Koto.  With a very eastern feel to it, this Oriental Trap song is very unique and awesomely different.  It has such a great feel to it, taking trap music and adding a lot of instruments to produce something that at least I have never heard before.  Give it a listen!
Another track from this experimental is from Madeaux and is titled Kill for Me.  This one starts off chill and then develops into a really unique track.  It has got great progression and really feels like something brand new.  With a great vocal sample, and a shit ton of cowbell, this one really feels good in a very unexpected and very upbeat way.  A really great track that I hope you enjoy!

0564 - Music Be the Best Booty Ye Can Plunder

So I am sitting at my desk at work feeling very much like a pirate, with my fancy new eye patch.  But even my lack of depth perception can not stop the music from being delivered.
First up is a track from Disco Fries and Fatman Scoop (it has been years since I have heard that name) called Volume.  Its a great track that combines melodic builds with big drops, and this one had me rocking in my car on the way to work (which in retrospect was likely not a good idea with only having one eye and all).  No matter, its a great song, so check it out!
Second up is a bit of a deeper banger, this one has such a great dance rhythm and a deep bass.  Ash O'Connor and Curbi come together to deliver Steeper, a big deep banger.  It always starts out simplistic and then adds more and more until the song is killer and I just want to break it down.  Give it a listen and let me know what you think!

0563 - Put the Blog On Autopilot

Sorry eveyone, todays post is short and sweet since I have a scratched cornea and it kinda hurts to look at a computer screen. Up today is a really chill simplistic song from ZHU and AlunaGeorge.  There really isn't much to this one.  Just some basic rhythms, a really simple funky bassline, and vocals that carry the entire song.  Give it a listen and enjoy the simplicity.

0562 - The Wubs are Back

Welcome back everyone, thank you for being so understanding about that week break, as it was much needed.  Let's get right back to the music.
First up is ODESZA's remix of Porter Robinson's track Infinity, and it is chill as fuck.  The build ups are beautiful, the drops are a little glitchy mixed in with a continuous melody going throughout.  It is a killer remix, and although its not huge, its one that I am glad I got to hear!
Fareoh has been on my "To Watch" list ever since he released 2012 with Archie V roughly 3 years ago.  He only continues to release better and better songs in my opinion.  This one is a bit more chilled out as well, featuring a great groovy baseline.  A great funk feel mixed with electronic movement and vocals that fit the song oh so well.  Enjoy these and I will see you back here tomorrow for more music!

0561 - Breaking the Silence

This title both references both break in silence from this channel and a big meaning of the song I am sharing.  I decided to take a break from posting, but this song has helped me through a tough time and I want to share it.  I have been posting Monstercat stuff for some time, but no song has ever impacted me like this one.  Crave by Tristam is all about overcoming challenges, addiction, and other ailments.  This song is beautiful, powerful, and the music video almost brought me to tears.  It is beautiful, tragic, and provides strength in more ways than one.  Easily my favorite song of the year, and easily in my top 5 of all time.  See you guys back on Monday.  I love you all <3

0560 - Free, Funk, Mashed

Isosine is the king of mashups.  Everything he does is usually either "how the fuck did he think of that" or "oh my god this guy is a fucking genius".  His new summer mix is more the second one.  Its a pretty great mashup that goes for about 11 minutes, true there are some jump cuts in it but it still blows my mind.  Plus the continuous mashed up video is always a bonus.  Give it a listen and let it help you relax your weekend away!  Also, head to the youtube page for a free download!

Also up today is a FutureFunk collab for the ages, GRiZ and Big Gigantic come together to make Good Times Roll.  This track is literally as off the chain as you can be.  It has everything you want, horns, catchy vocals, a great build, and a drop that just has amazing instrumentation and feel.  Give it a listen, and funk up your day!

0559 - U Know What Time It Is

So there is a Gareth Emory song that gives me chills, and honestly as an artist he has an amazing talent to do that pretty consistently.  U featuring Bo Brice is a spectacular song, the build is phenomenal, the progression is on point, the drop is not too much, and vocals give me chills every time I listen to it.  I really hope you listen to this one and just let the energy of the song take you over.

Second up today is PIXL, who never seems to put out anything bad.  This track is big with heavy bass, and great tonality running through the entire thing.  It is not really dancy, but overally has a great flow and is good to rock in headphones.  I hope you enjoy today's songs and I will see you back here tomorrow!

0558 - Late to the Party

Sorry folks.  Yesterday was literally non-stop start to finish, and not a second of it had me in front of a computer to do the post for the day.  Here it is, better late than never.
First up on this most banger of almost Wednesdays, I bring you a track from Nyko called Elektron.  It is a really big track, with some bounce elements and a big bass.  It has a great feel and still elaves you with a very dancable vibe.  Give it a listen!

0557 - Trop Hip Hop

So I have been doing a lot of research into rap/tropical house remixes lately, mostly because the party I'm djing on Saturday is Tropical themed (which means I get to mix tropical house!).  I have found some really great stuff, and wanted to share a few of them with you all.  The first remix comes from Matoma, who really seems to have a talent with this kind of genre.  Taking Ice Cube's Hello and Notorious B.I.G.'s Party & Bullshit with a tropical rhythm really make for a slick track.  The rap is classic, the beats are tropical, and my ears are happy!
Second up is the Henry Land remix of 2Pac's Still Ballin and Eminem's Soldier into a really fucking great remix.  Seriously, this one flows so well it seems like it was made this way originally.  Especially the lyrics from Soldier mesh so well with the tropical tones, but really the whole track is gold.  Give it a listen!

0556 - Day Off From Everything But Music!

Hope you are all enjoying your day off from work/school or whatever it is that usually occupies your time during the week!  Giving you some tracks to help you have a great labor day!  First up is from Just a Gent called Waveless.  This one is chill but never really gets rid of the energy of a normal more intense track.  It has beautiful instrumentation and is just beautifully done!  This one really took me to a good place and I think that the instrumentation had something to do with it!  Enjoy!
Second up is a really cool drumstep track from Tha Trickaz called LEgEnd (the Es in both slots are just the horizontal lines).  Its cool unique, has a bit of a glitchy feel to it.  Really an overall surprising song, I honestly had to listen to it a few times before I truly enjoyed it but now I love it!  I hope that you do too!

0555 - Sip the Summer Till The Pitch Black

First up is a song with one of the best melodies I have heard in some time.  Mazde brings us Pitch Black, a truly beautiful work of art.  Featuring stellar piano, and a lot of other instrumentation, this one will hopefully help you to relax into the weekend with style.  Close your eyes, and just let it take you away!
Also a super relaxing tropical house song from Boehm and DVNNI called Summer Sippin'.  Its not a crazy or revolutionary song in any sense, it's just a phenomenal and well done tropical house song that really put me in a good place.  It is super chilled out and relaxing groove that will leave you wanting more.

0554 - Two More Free Friends

Today features Remixes from Two Friends.  The first is Dropout's Song Slowly, and the remix is absolutely wonderful.  Featuring some wonderful horn, and a really catchy and groovy rhythm, this track really had me dancing in my seat.  The vocals are repetitive, but the chorus is catchy, and the different styles of distortion are pretty cool.
Second up is the Two Friends Remix of the song I posted yesterday from Vicetone called Angles.  I am not sure if I like this one more or the original as both have different feels to them.  Two Friends do make a really solid remix though, something really enjoyable and wonderful.  I hope you enjoy these Free remixes from Two Friends and I will keep an eye open for more in the future!
