This is an electronic music blog dedicated to giving you the songs that you need to hear, both brand new and some old classics. One song (at least) is blogged every day Monday through Friday. There is a layout of songs posted throughout the week and it is as follows:
Monday and Friday - Funk
Tuesday and Thursday - Any Genre
Wednesday - Bangers
Today I have two really cool tracks for you, one from Feed Me and a new one from GRiZ. Feed Me brings a new heavy electro track that really sets their tone for their new year. After a huge 2014 they are starting the new year off with a really big song, Wuzzle. Very bouncy and gritty, this one sticks to their style and really surprised me. Overall, I am not a huge fan of the heavy stuff because it is usually too much and overwhelming. This one I really enjoyed though, give it a listen!
Second up is a new song from GRiZ. Using his unique Funk and Soul Style, he brings in IDA Hawk to provide some killer vocals. Using all original instrumental stuff, I really fell in love with this one. After his first album was such a big success, it was amazing to see that he still has it. He is working on a new album and looking forward to his big tour coming in a few months (hitting Columbus and Chicago). Enjoy!
Today's track lies. It is Kung Funk by Daleri, but I think they mistake overused pitched bass as funk because this is not funk in my opinion. Now that being said, I really enjoy the track. This is one that I can see killing at shows, raves, and parties in general. Very danceable, a nice flow, and overall groove. A pretty good track, but its still a god damn liar.
Sorry this one is so late everyone, was at an ACT conference all day with no access to a computer. Today's track comes via Armada Music's Youtube channel. This is one that maybe has a good track in every 100, MAYBE. I really like this one though, it comes from Heatbeat and is called Berserker. It is quick paced with actual tonality, a rare feature from this site. Its catchy and a little bit glitchy as well. I really enjoy it but the final decision is up to you guys, what do you think?
Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a great weekend! This week I have some stuff I am really excited to share with you! For those who haven't noticed, I have deactivated my Facebook again. I just decided that Facebook was not constructive to my mental well-being, so this break is likely more permenant. Although I am toying with the idea of making a DJ page instead of an actual profile. OH WELL, enough about me, it's all about the music!
Today's track comes from Archie, a groovy electro house track that has so much positive energy that it infects you with good vibes. Seriously this track caught my attention and I have listened to it a few times a day, trying to decide where it fits in my schedule. Funk is the best, as I have said before, and this one just goes to show that not all funk has to be straight Funk, Progressive Funk, or House Funk. FUNK IS UNIVERSAL!
Also a really cool liver performance for you today from Haywyre. These days, it seems so rare to see live performances of electronic music. The culture has moved to a press play culture. Thats why I am always so glad to see live stuff like beatpad tracks, live performances, or live mashups. This one is seriously slick as they come and just seeing it performed live adds a whole new spin to the power and creativity it took to make the track. Give it a listen and WATCH THE VIDEO. Seriously, it makes the track that much better.
Hotel Garuda is one of my favorite new discoveries of last year, everything I have found from them has been incredible. Now they have teamed up with Prince Fox to reimagine All of the Lights by Kanye West and the result is something pretty unique. All of the Lights was a massive track when it was released, and its really cool to hear another artist's rendition of it in their own style. It's different, it's unique, it blew my mind. Give it a listen and hear for yourself!

So I just realized every song I have queued up for this is chill in some sense of the word, I guess this makes this week an honorary chill week? Sure, lets roll with that. Don't like it? Sucks to be you!
Today's track comes from Nora En Pure and has been in my folder for about 2 weeks now. This one has such a great driving melody that I fall in love with it every time I hear it. The echoed vocals really add to the mystery of the song, making it sound almost like something mysterious should be happening during the build-ups, and then happiness during the chorus.
First up is a new track from PARADIGMmm called No Disrespect. Its a very bizarre song but I really liked what it brought. Its a strange tonal segments mixed with extremely heavy dubstep but they mesh together really well. The reggae type feel gives it a really good vibe and the extremely distorted vocals do wonders to create the emotion for the track. Give it a listen!
The second comes from Imagine Dragons, a really slick remix of their song I Bet My Life by Alex Adair. This remix sounds like it could be the original, it just flows so well during the vocal segments. It gives the track a very tropical house vibe and honestly I love it. This song has gotten in my heart just like the Little Talks Remix from Thomas Jack. I listen to it constantly and grove to it at least once a day, I hope you love it as much as I do!
Today's post I found while going back through and listening to an old episode of the Monstercat Podcast, a 1 hour mix released almost every week. These are amazing and usually feature some pretty sweet premieres, so check it out either on iTunes or Youtube. This one is from Soulero, an artist that I have loved to watch blossom while on the Monstercat Label and someone this one slipped under my nose. Video Boy is an extremely good electro song, nothing too heavy or too relaxed but a really great middle ground. Both tonal and sequential, this song really surprised me. So much that I alt-tabbed while playing Left For Dead 2 and died because I just had to know what it was called. Let me know what you think!
Sorry the post is so late today guys, was running around Michigan and taking the wrong roads home in Ohio. Sadly my mixer isn't working right, so the progressive funk mix is being put on hold for the time being. Today's track comes from Rhodz, a really smooth and groovy funk track. Great tonality mixed in with a really sweet bassline, this one got me from the start. Give it a listen and let me know what you think!
Final day of the week and that means its back to our fabulous funk roots! Looking into acquiring some of the songs I post here to get an progressive funk mix going, just have to get the usb port fixed on my mixer. A classic funky and smooth song comes to us today from Jackie. Gym Master just has that classic grove to it, something that will make you dance in your seat and just feel good all up in your insides. Have a great and safe weekend, and post as much music as you can!
Two chill tracks for you today. The first one coming from The Griswolds (I love this artist name). A very dreamy relaxing track that just feels like its about space, which the picture is a very beautiful representation of the overall feeling. The inconsistent glitched out vocals fit the song very well and the big drops are big enough to take it from chill to very dubsteppy. Its a good time of dubsteppy though, not the dumb kind that's overwhelming. Give it a listen and decide for yourself if its worthy!
The second song up for your consideration this Thursday is a very relaxing melodic track that just puts you in a relaxed mood. Overall very chill but has a very nice drop that keeps the relaxing vibe but making it a bit more intense. The vocal track is beautiful and honestly every time that I listened I just heard the tonality of her voice and not a single fucking word she said. Overall, a really phenominal track and one of my favorite chill ones that I have found this year!
The Griswolds - Live This Nightmare (NGHTMRE Remix)
Today's track comes to us from Savant, maker of one of my favorite tracks, Holy Ghost. This one is called Kali 47 and is accompanied by a truly badass music video. Just like Holy Ghost, this one is all over the walls. Starting off with horns and great tonality, it quickly moves into a fabulous dubstep drop that is tonal and delicious. The music video fits the song flawlessly, starting in a cowboy saloon and displaying some really sweet battle sequences during the drops. Give it a listen, enjoy this banger, and see what you think of this amazing track!
One of my favorite and likely pivotal tracks in my interest in electronic music was Madeon's live beatpad mashups. Since then I love finding new ones because the precision, timing, and dexterity are just amazingly impressive in my book. This one comes from Exige using two beatpads, synched with some pretty cool trigger lights to boot. Give it a watch and a listen and enjoy!
Just a heads up to everyone who follows this blog, or anyone that gets it from the facebook group. I have taken a break from Facebook for a while, nothing happened I just felt it was not a positive influence on my life where it is right now and need a break from it. I have left it in the trusting hands of two of my best friends who are also musically controlled in life. It should still get posted daily through the group from one of them, and until I return, that is how it will go from now on. The music will continue, just feel free to bookmark or remember the homepage of this blog for the daily music you love.
I personally love that feeling of when someone remixes a song into an entirely different genre without taking away from the energy and power of the original, and that is just Empia did with their remix of Five Hours by Deorro. Bringing it into the Future Bass genre while still maintaining what made the original so great. Still keeps the tonality and vocals from the vocal edit, as well as bringing new elements to give it a completely new spin! Give it a listen and let me know what you think!
First of all I want to apoligize for the short post yesterday, I wasn't feeling great, stayed home from work for most of the day, and had no internet ay my house. Well let us finish out the week strong shall we?
First up is the Winter Chill Mix from Big Gigantic. Usually known for their high energy with horns and big sound, this is a step in the other direction. A 50 minute mix that is focused on hanging out and relaxing as opposed to raging really hard. Its a really slick and smooth mix, with tracks from big names like JackLNDN and Galantis. Give it a listen and pick up the free download if its something you want for yourself!
Second up is a new track from Coyote Kisses, one that is very chopped and mashed. This one features vocals that are chopped up and pasted from multiple different tracks but flow together in a very bizarre fashion. Overall my favorite parts don't have the vocals in them, but they are a nice touch. A kinda glitchy track overall, but one that sounds really cool and unique! Also available for free download if you like it!

Sorry folks this one is gonna be short. In bed not feeling great with no Internet. So this is coming from my phone. Here is a track i really like with a free download!
So Hardcore is not a genre that tends to dominate or even have a presence on this blog very often, but I just couldn't resist. You all know how much I love Monstercat, as they continue to bring new artists and amazing tracks into the world with their Youtube Channel and huge 30 track albums. This track blew me out of the water. Seriously, the vocals are completely unnecessary but are comforting in a strange way. The song is fast and hits hard, not to mention its extremely catchy with a tonal sequence that gets stuck in your head very easily. I have heard absolutely nothing else that Stonebank has has done, although I like the improvement of EMEL. Overall just a really great and surprising hardcore track!
Snow. I'm talking about snow. I was so thrilled to see it outside my window this morning, and work got delayed 2 hours. Whether or not you are excited about it, be excited for more music!
Today I have for you a completely new direction for a big name song, Heroes by Alesso. This is usually a banger that usually gets people dancing, but now a new Deep House remix of it has come out and it gives it in an entirely different sound and feeling. The change in the pitch of the voice fits this very well and it compliments the deeper and more chilled out tones. Amtrac really did a great job custom fitting this one to a new genre!
The sad return of work/school/whatever stresses is sadly back, so you need ways to destress/feel better. Well no worries, thats my job to help you out! So today i bring you a really happy and uplifting funk track from Zanski. The track keeps very upbeat using very highly pitched tones for most of the track, mixed in with a really cool low tone synth sound to bring it back and keep it flowing. Overally a really enjoyable just happy track called Meaning Of. Give it a listen and I will see you back here tomorrow with more tracks for you!
Bonus post to make your Saturday a little bit better!
I'm not usually a fan of trap, anyone who reads this blog knows that. However, occasionally a trap song comes around that really spikes my interest and i fall in love with it. This song by sweater Beats is just fabulous, its got great variety and not the continuous crap that usually comes with most trap music these days. I like it a lot and hope that you do too, have a great weekend!
So, sorry everyone. Yesterday was really rough. But I am back and better than ever. So the new thing for this month is Best track of 2014, I am going to post my favorites here and either on the facebook group or in the comments I want you to tell me what your favorite track of the year was. HERE WE GO!
1. Porter Robinson - Sad Machine (Tut Tut Child Remix)
This remix is amazing chill, and a flawless remix in my opinion. Still keeping the amazing tonality and progression of Porter's killer song, Tut Tut Child takes this to the next level with a killer remix. Posted this in June as my remix of the year, and it still holds true. Give it a listen!
2. SCNDL - The Munsta
This is one my favorite songs to this date. Bouncy with a phenomenal drop this track just always puts me in a great state of mind. Not to mention the vocal drop of "THATS WHAT I'M TALKIN BOUT" is just hysterical and amazing. Easy the best track monstercat has put out this year in my opinion.
3. Rodriguez - Sugar Man (Goldfish Remix)
This song is just everything funk music wants, needs, and desires to be. This song is just absolutely huge and groovy. It makes me feel excellent any time that I hear it and just instantly puts me in a good mood. Funky Fresh and with a Goldfish spin, how can this one not be good. Give it a listen!
