Shockone is making huge splashes into the music-verse ever since their debut album dropped in April of this year. I keep finding tracks off their album "Universus" that blow my expectations clear out of the water and this track is one of those for sure. I first heard it in my car with my phone's music on shuffle, and was a little turned off by how dubsteppy it seemed (as you all know, I am not a huge fan). But after listening to it all the way through, I found my self car dancing and loving every second of it. Check this one out, and for sure check out Shockone's other material, because if this is any indication of the future work that will be produced, they are high on my "watch" list for sure.
The next track that I would like to share with you today is from someone who has a sound much similar to that of Mord Fustang, if you have never heard of him check out "Electric Dream" or "Lick the Rainbow". Mostly derived from a very 8-bit-sounding progression, it has a very funky beat that gives into a very nice electro house song, not one that would be considered huge or played in shows, but still a very nice one to just kick back and relax to. CHB is still pretty off the radar, but I find that artists off the beaten path usually produce some of the best stuff.
